If you are buying a Size G, H, I, J, or K terrestrial cage, we highly recommend you select “Call to Arrange Freight” as your shipping option at checkout. If you do not do so, we will process your order’s shipping by mailing any smaller items (e.g. all non-”oversized” items in your order) via UPS, rather than on a pallet with your oversized item(s), which may result in higher overall shipping costs. Please note that if you do select a UPS shipping methods, shipping costs for oversized/freight-only items are not included in the auto-calculated shipping fees you see at checkout. Instead, you should contact us to discuss pickup and shipping options for these larger items. If you do not contact us prior to the completion of your oversized order, we will reach out to you to arrange shipping.
